05-06 Escalade Yukon Denali 4L65E AWD 4-Speed Automatic Transmission M32 145k 16
Automatic transmission from a 2005 Hummer H2 with 202,151 miles. This transmission was previously rebuilt and had a new torque converter installed in late 2021, so actual miles are unknown. This was carefully removed from the vehicle and is in good condition. This transmission was lift tested before removal, and shifted into all gears properly and without issue. When drained, the fluid was clean, clear and free of any heavy metallic. There is no damage to the transmission case, bellhousing, or pan outside of some normal corrosion. The transmission range switch/neutral safety switch is attached and the connector is in good condition. The torque converter is attached and included. This does NOT include a dipstick tube or dipstick. The images are of the actual transmission you will receive.
Fits the following vehicles with 6.0L engine, All-Wheel Drive or Four-Wheel Drive, and M32 code transmission as a direct replacement:
• 2005-2006 Cadillac Escalade, Escalade ESV, and Escalade EXT
• 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500
• 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Classic and GMC Sierra 1500 Classic
• 2006 Chevrolet Suburban 1500
• 2005-2006 GMC Yukon and Yukon XL
• 2005-2007 Hummer H2
This will NOT fit any non-Classic 2007 trucks.

For programmed ECU/ECM/PCM orders, be sure to submit your VIN, odometer reading, and current part number at checkout so we can program the unit before it ships.
We ship to all 50 states. Most orders leave our Hazelwood, MO shop within 1–2 business days by FedEx, UPS, or USPS, and you’ll get tracking by email as soon as it’s on the way.
Heavy items like engines, transmissions, and body panels may ship freight — we note that on the listing when it applies. Alaska and Hawaii have a flat-rate surcharge calculated at checkout. We don’t ship to PO Boxes or outside the U.S.
Local pickup is available at our Hazelwood facility by appointment — call ahead to set a time.
Returns are accepted within 60 days. A 20% restocking fee applies to standard returns, but it’s waived if we sent the wrong part, it arrived damaged, or it’s verified defective. Inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days in those cases — we cover return shipping.
Programmed ECU/ECM/PCM modules are returnable only if defective, damaged, or incorrect. Because each one is programmed to the VIN you provide, we can’t take them back for compatibility issues from an incorrect VIN, odometer, or part number — double-check before you order.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Every part carries a 60-day limited warranty against defects from the date it’s delivered. It covers manufacturing defects, parts that fail to function as described, and internal mechanical or electrical failure under normal use.
Not covered: damage from improper installation, accident, misuse, or modification; normal wear and tear; labor, towing, or rental costs; racing, off-road, or commercial use unless stated; and items with broken warranty seals.
