Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Importapart, LLC ("Importapart," "we," "us," or "our").
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states unless otherwise noted in the description of the part. We do not ship to PO Boxes or outside the United States.
Shipping Costs
Lower 48 states: Standard shipping on all orders.
Alaska and Hawaii: A flat-rate shipping surcharge applies. The exact amount will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Some heavier items (engines, transmissions, body panels, etc.) may require freight shipping. When this applies, it will be noted in the product listing.
Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Programmed ECU/ECM/PCM modules require additional processing time so we can program the unit to your vehicle before shipping. We'll begin programming as soon as we receive your VIN, odometer reading, and current part number — please make sure those are submitted at checkout to avoid delays.
Carriers
We ship using FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We select the carrier based on the size, weight, and destination of your order to get it to you as efficiently as possible.
Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on the carrier, the destination, and the shipping service used. Once your order ships, transit time is determined by the carrier and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at Importapartsales@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We'll work out a solution with you.
For damaged items, please keep all original packaging and take photos of the damage if possible — these help us file a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our Hazelwood, MO facility by appointment. To schedule a pickup, please call the store ahead of time to arrange a pickup time.
Business hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm CST.
