This is an LC9 which is an all aluminum flex fuel 5.3L with AFM and VVT, 799 cylinder heads, and also features the desirable 12571048 block which has siamesed bores. This was carefully removed from the vehicle and is in good used condition. Before removal this engine was tested and ran great with no misfires or abnormal noises, no lifter tick, and held great oil pressure (around 40psi at warm idle). When drained, the oil was clean and free of any metallic, water, or anything else that would cause concern. This engine does NOT include an intake manifold, exhaust manifolds, ignition coils, wiring harness, or any front belt-driven accessories besides the water pump. There are no broken exhaust manifold bolts or any other damaged bolts or threaded holes. This engine comes exactly as pictured, and does NOT require a core.
